The spatial ecology research group is led by Dr. Daniel Gann, assistant professor in the Department of Biological Sciences and researcher in the FIU Institute of Environment.
We link traditional disciplines of plant community, vegetation, landscape, and ecosystems ecology as we address the effects of scale and scaling on our understanding of ecological processes.
